John Naylor, speaking of seeing into heaven

“I then saw our Father in Heaven at a greater height and distance. Although I could see His form, I couldn’t make out the facial features, hair color, and eye color of the Father as I had been able to of the Savior. However, I knew Him. The light and power that He emanated was like looking at the mid-day sun, but without burning my eyes. Words cannot describe how it felt to be before Him. All earthly concerns and pain disappeared. I felt safe and overjoyed like I was home again, while at the same time realizing His absolute greatness and my nothingness. The love I felt was a different kind of love than I had ever experienced, more intense, more pure and more real than I can explain. I don’t have the words to voice the love that the Father and the Son have for me, for you, and for all of our Father’s children on the earth. I have always believed that I was loved, but now I know I am, and that we all are. As God’s children, He loves us all just like I love my children, but with a greater, more pure love than we can comprehend.”
