Early one day, John was sitting out in the front yard in an area shaded by the house. As the sun began to rise and the shadows moved away the warm light touched the crown of his head and slowly fell around his shoulders. He had an amazing experience wherein the following therapy was inspired. He was impressed to share it with others as a form of gratitude and realization of how God our Father loves each one of us.

Any pain or frustrations, or anything that might be distracting from tuning in and connecting with the earth and God, our Father. Take a moment and look around at your surroundings. Notice the beauty that God has created JUST FOR YOU. Notice the trees, the flowers, the grass, the sky, the clouds, the warm sun, the sounds of the birds, the wind, the earth. Allow yourself to feel gratitude for all these things. When you are ready, take a deep breath in through your nose, and release it slowly through your mouth. Close your eyes. Relax and listen.
